I got a copy from Robert (thanks), and can verify that SetFile has problem
with at lest
"-a L" to lock file, "-a l" to unlock file and "-a V" to set a file
invisible.
I tested with the old SetFile, these functions work well.

SetFile at /Developer/Tools from Xcode 1.2 installation does not seem to
work anymore.
Anyone has this problem too or any solutions?
