I am really new to Cocoa, but is there not a "Load all NIBS" command for 10.3? This will preload them all into memory. From there I think that you need to control click and link from Files Owner to the Window that you want to connect to.

I just took Aaron's class at Big Nerd Ranch (last week) and I dont have his book as reference in front of me. But I know the answer is there. I recall going over it. I probably have an example on the CD.
