In my Cocoa project I am trying to link in libraries found in /usr/lib but they can't be selected when I try to link in a framework, since
/usr is a hidden folder. How would I go about this.

In Mac OS X 10.3 and later: Press Shift-Command-G when you're in an open dialog. Type "/usr/lib" into the text field after the "go to" panel or sheet appears.

In Mac OS X 10.2.8 and earlier: Type "/usr/lib" into the path text field and press Return.
