Go into those settings of each of those targets and make sure that it's not double-linking to any frameworks. When you create a new target in Xcode, most (all?) of the Cocoa targets include lines like "-framework Foundation -framework AppKit" in OTHER_CFLAGS, which can cause this behavior.
