A great source of excellent artwork is:
http://www.deviantart.com
Look in the "Dock-Icon" section for example. A lot of that stuff is "up
for grabs" and you may use it for free.
Alwyays make sure you respect the artists requests though. Some want to
be mentioned in the apps-credits etc.
Maybe there you'll find some neat icons (including the blank document
thingy :) )
