As good a template as any for creating a standard document icon.

Especially since the Aqua Icon Kit only includes the 128x128 size... radar 3169506 :)

Adding to what I said before, it depends on how fancy you're going to be with your doc icons. The tiff I referred to is (IMO) easier to work with, but the psd which comes with AIK is handy if (for example) you want to do a coloured icon (like Xcode's doc icon) and keep the page curl white.


Of course you could get really fancy and draw your own doc icon...
