NSObjectController - > getting it's keys

Is there a way to make an NSObjectController (or array controller) give up a list of it's keys, i.e. everything you've entered in the Nib file?

I'd like to be able to do this to build an automatic key list for import/export and it would be nice if you didn't have to hand make the list.
