NSMovieView seems to be disabled first time?!

Hi,
 
I try to made a window with a nsmovieview into wich open
and play mp3 audio file.
 
this work but controller seems to be disabled (grayed) until
that i desactivate and re-activate the window?!
 
Can you help me??
