John Stiles made a good point in that different apps will put up
different dialogs so that even this isn't a fool proof method. The API
has the notion of "roles" so you can, assuming the app is written to
support accessibility, find the button with a "cancel" role.

I'm a skeptic, so pragmatically here's where we stand today...
- OmniWeb: probably most likely to support Accessibility
- Internet Explorer: will never support Accessibility (or receive any future updates at all).
- Firefox/Moz/Camino/Netscape: at present does not even use OS-native controls, so support for Accessibility is not likely any time soon
- Opera: seems to be using a funky semi-native GUI layer; unlikely to support Accessibility
- iCab: anyone using this any more? :)
