Disclosure Triangles

I am trying to figure out how to use disclosure triangles to show and hide controls. I am working on a program to generate shop orders for theatrical lighting (really just saves a little typing, but figure it would be a good way to teach myself how to program and have something I could really use). The idea is that a person would only have to open the disclosure triangles with needed equipment and enter the quantities for each item. The program would then look through the fields and generate an rtf file leaving out any line item with a quantity of 0. I have included a link to a screen shot of what I want it to look like in the end, though I think I will have to put it all into some sort of view (NSView, or NSOutlineView as it will need scroll bars if every triangle is open in the end). I think I can figure out the rest of the program but all of my searches on disclosure triangles have not lead to any useful info. I would greatly appreciate it if anyone knows where I can find more info about this.
