There was one when Mac OS X first came out. You can see a reference to it
(and a picture of it) on this page:

(Scroll way down to the bottom, at Figure 4.27, to see it.) But it was
quietly removed, along with the Dingbats keyboard layout, starting in
Jaguar. I've never understood why Apple removed these. m.
