Tying manipulation of two NSTableViews

I have a view with multiple NSTableViews. One table view is above the other. I have it setup so that you can scroll horizontally and both scroll horizontally. Scrolling vertically, only the bottom table view scrolls.. hence the need for two table views.

The problem is how can I also synchronize selection and dragging of a column from the top table view so that it also appears as though the bottom table view column is selected and dragged as well?
