Aron, his software is intended for 10.2.x or better.

I am aware of the scripts-checking done, as I said, I have had his code and
examined it, while I may not mention what he is checking for, it is proper
however, his framework could be installed with the app bundle and an exicution
script checks and reports non-qualifying arguments.

That would be my approach to his app.
