From the Xcode Release notes:
Current Known Issues
* Xcode does not handle bundled files, such as nibs, with Perforce.
Just install p4v. It's great.
Also, there is an Xcode list at:

and even better than that, there's a Perforce list at:

Okay, easy question guys (and gals.. don't mean to be a sexist pig)
How exactly do you handle nib files with Perforce? I've tried to
add the contents of the nib directories on the command line by hand,
and I suppose that would work for strictly command line stuff.
However, I want to use Perforce through the IDE. There doesn't seem
to be a way to get at the nib directory contents through the IDE
(using Xcode). I've also tried to add the English item of each nib
in each of the nib groups, but that doesn't seem to work either.
After doing so, I tried to get them on my laptop, and the desktop
adding didn't seem to work.
How exactly do you handle nib files through perforce?
