I'm trying to use the address book people picker the exact same way the iChat does to add a buddy. In Interface Builder I created the pane, buttons, etc, and put in a custom view. I can display the panel as a sheet in my application fine but I can't figure out how I make the custom view into the ABPeoplePickerView. Can anybody help me or point me to sample code ?

You can just use the supplied ABPeoplePickerView palette in IB. You need to load it into IB, its in /Developer/Extras/Palettes
