mouseMoved() events

Even though my window reports acceptsMouseMovedEvents = true, and I have a tracking rect for my view, I am not receiving mouseMoved() events. I read elsewhere that there is a bug in the AppKit with regards to mouseMoved(). Has this not been fixed?? Any ideas?
