Incapsulating the Bundle resources in a ".ja" file

Hello gurus,
here I have a good one. I have download the sample of the ABC Framework
http://www.jiiva.com/abc/
okay I looked in the bundle and in the Framework Folder there was the
ABC Framework so far nothing strange.
Now I looked at the resources folder...
BUT STRANGELY the resources seems to be all collapsed in a 2-3 files
such as this
ABCWidgets.ja
anyone knows what's the ".ja! extension and furthermore does anyone
knows how to encode/decode my cocoa resource in a such kind of file...
pretty wired uhm?
