Does this mean Apple is EOLing HeaderDoc?
I cannot answer that since I do not work at Apple, but I know that at least one
or two development groups within Apple were interested in using doxygen for
their code (they were already doing so for C/C++). I doubt there is already
a company wide policy towards using or moving to doxygen, but you never know.
