Perhaps I'm a fool, but it seems to of that one should be able to construct a test program that accepts all drags, and them have it spit out all of the information it receives. I wish I was near my computer so I could be more specific about what I'm trying to say.

I think this is quite difficult ;-)

I would like to tell my droplet to accept drags directly from the
safari's location bar, I mean, not .webloc files (this can be easily
done), but being able to drag the little url icon (favicon) directly
from the location bar and drop it to my application's icon.

I spent the last two days trying to do it, changing every file type and
everything inbetween....but vainly :-(

do you think this is possible?
