Action and ± buttons

Hi all!

Just wondering how a developer can use an instance of an action button in a Finder window's toolbar (and in Mail too). Is there any way for a developer to use this kind of button in the GUIs? It doesn't seem to be an option in the pull-down button type in IB.

The same applies with the + and - buttons that you see in Mail and other iApps - do Apple make this buttons available to developers to use?

TIA

Kiel :-)
