NSPro UI clone?

Does anyone know of a framework that is a clone or "look alike" for the UI that Apple is using for their Pro apps? I am very interested to see how they make the frameworks for their custom GUIs. If not where should I look to start out with building custom UI elements? If anyone can point me to tutorials or documentation it would be very helpful.
