compiler Settings

Using Mac OS 10.3.2 and Xcode 1.1 I have got this problem. Compiling and running a project on the same machine works very well. No problem.
After transferring the program to another machine (e.g. over network) I cannot get started this program. The icon grows and nothing happened.
I have never had this problem before under Project Builder.
