Recent Documents / Trash Issue ...

Hello, all:

I want to prevent the following from happening:

User creates new 'document' based on NSDocument.
User deletes document (without emptying trash).
User selects document from recent documents menu.
App says "This document is in the trash. You can save it elsewhere ..."

This would cause serious problems with the current implementation of my project. Is there a way to prevent it?

Regards,

- J Nozzi
