NSData to plist...

Hello,

I have a NSData filled by dataWithContentsOfFile:
I also have a NSString object, a NSDate object and a NSNumber.

I would like to join the three objects into the NSData, but I cannot find a method to do this iob.
The final point is to write a plist in XML.
Basically, all I need is a way to read an old plist, add new items to it, and then write the new plist down.
Can someone help me?
