I don't think that Frontbase is a good solution for what you seemed to
be looking for. I think that sqlite was a much better recommendation.
FrontBase is not a free solution for commercial developers (you can't
bundle it for free). There is a embedded license, but since the normal
single server license is $1000, I don't think you are going to get it
for any where close to free.
