There is "AlbumData.xml" in the iPhoto folder which you could load in
to get information about the photos in the library, their file
locations, and the albums they are categorized under. This should be
enough if you're only trying to read from the library; if you're trying
to add or modify it in some way, this obviously won't do any good.
