I just finished (well, it's doing what I want from it anyway) a roll over button subclass complete with corresponding cell.

As soon as I finish the redesign of my cocoa page I'll put it up. :)

(You can use it to build buttons that look like those in Safari's bookmarks bar - including drop down menus. Dragging is not implemented though.)
