cocoa application scripting with cocoa

How is it possible to manipulate a compiled cocoa application behaviour with coca. Is it class overloading, or access via headerfile methods?.

I'd like to invoke an URL in Safari with an NSURLRequest (from another application) to have control over the header.

on my search i stumbled over f-script, http://extendamac.sourceforge.net/ and simbl (http://culater.net/software/SIMBL/SIMBL.php) in the simbl case it looks (from the documentation) like it patches the behaviour at the application start (?? class overloading)
