There's also xCode's documentation browser ("Help" menu, also play with Command-Double-Clicking and Option-Double-Clicking keywords in your source code files, which will look up their headers or their docs in xCode.

And there's AppKiDo, which made a slightly better impression on me than CocoaBrowser last I tried it.
