Hi,
I have an issue with the AppKit that may require filing a bug report.
I know how to file one, but before I do I thought I'd try to see if
it
weren't already filed by someone else. I can't seem to find a
searchable database of bugs on Apple's developer site. (I surfed
around, and after that used the search box. No luck!)
Does anyone know, is there an accessible bug database? Where is it?
there is no facility for outside developers searching the Radar
database.
file it. all dupes are important, it's like a vote.
Definitely. Also, feel free to file an enhancement request for the
ability to search through bugs filed by other developers. I filed
such a thing I guess over a year ago now. Specifically, I thought it
would be nice to give the ability to developers to "mark" their bug as
being "public".
I can see the possible problems with this as bug reports may contain
info under NDA that should not be seen by all. But, if more folks ask
for it, perhaps a good solution can come about.
I "voted" (Problem ID #3744545) for this yesterday. The request was
marked closed this morning with no explanation. I assume that it was
closed as a duplicate after a flood of reports from readers of this
list... :-)
