WebKit and Sketch program

Hi I have wondered about this for a while.

Safari has the instant webkit feedback, and Sketch or Keynote has control handels to do resizeing and placements.
What if they could be married ?

I tried to think it out somewhat. Could cocoa read a web file and it's code positioning to make little boxes that can be resized in a separate program ? It could then change the numbers when the box is resized or moved.
That is really all I was thinking of so far there is tons of extras that could be added to it but that was the basic idea.

Would this be possible in Cocoa ?
