[ANN] AppKiDo 0.91 and the Xcode beta

  • Subject: [ANN] AppKiDo 0.91 and the Xcode beta

This is actually two ANN's and an OT.

[ANN] Version 0.91 of AppKiDo fixes an incompatibility with the Xcode 1.5 beta. It also fixes several bugs that were introduced in the previous version. And some of you will be happy to know that I've moved Search back to the Quicklist drawer. You can get the latest version and read the full release notes at <http://homepage.mac.com/aglee/downloads>.

[ANN] I've been asked whether I will distribute the source to AppKiDo. The answer is now officially yes -- but not right away. First I want to clean up a few things and write a doc. I'm not trying to clean up every single wart (as if); I just want to get it so I'm fairly confident I won't do a massive refactoring immediately after releasing the code. Please bear with me and it'll be out there Real Soon Now. I'll announce it on this list as well as to my AppKiDo mailing list.

[very OT] I need gainful employment to support my codeine habit -- er, I mean my *coding* habit. If you know of any interesting *non-programming* work in New York City, I'd appreciate hearing about it (off-list, of course). No suggestion will be dismissed as too humble or low-paying, but I do have a strong preference for something interesting, odd, or for a good cause. I need to broaden my horizons.
