The outline view of the instances tab is also something that all IB
newbies should take a look at. Locate the segmented control in the
upper right corner of the instances tab in the nib window. Use it to
toggle between icon mode and outline view mode. The outline view mode
is very useful for example when trying to establish connections in deep
view hierarchies, or when targeting objects that's not at all visible
in IB - like the NSMenu instance of a NSPopUpButton.
