the ease of InterfaceBuilder, or Delphi or VB...?
I do know that Apple sells a superb product, WebObjects, that does much
of what you're asking, though what you can design with that is a
client-side rich user interface for a network application. The GUI
building tool works just like IB and produces a Java application that
runs on the client's computer. The client communicates with a server
running the WebObjects server application.
Apple offers an evaluation version on their developers Web site. Their
Developer Library series has a title, "Inside WebObjects: WebObjects
Overview." (That's where I'm getting this information from.) There are
also some books on the subject from several reputable publishers.
