Rotate NSView

Hi list,
how can I simply rotate an NSView?
My NSView contains several subviews and I would like to just rotate it
around its center. I have just seen several ways to rotate images but this
is different. And I have already tried to use rotateByAngle,
setFrameRotation and setBoundsRotation, with bad and strange results.
