top vertical alignment in IB how?

Hi - It seems that I am having difficulty aligning the content of my NSView and the NSView itself to the top of my Drawer. It seems like the default behavior for IB is to align objects to the bottom right. I however have not been able to find how to align objects to the top right, so that when my Drawer resizes my NSView and its object stay at the top rather then floating down with the expanding window.

Can any one point me to the documentation to how I override this behavior?

Kurt
