Using small arrows in an outline view

I have an NSOutlineView, and I'd like to have one of the cells be a
text field with the little arrows next to it. If I set its cell to be
an NSStepper cell, though, I just get the little arrows. Is there a
data cell that includes both the NSStepper and the text field?
