Maybe it has to do with prebindings being rebuild? I think you can see
wether fix_prebinding was run in the Console log.
It does however access the message framework. Anyway, does any one
know why simply running the app would cause nearly all the files in
the bundle to be modified?
Nearly all files? or just the executables?
