I read the fine manuals before posting, and from what I could find
nothing is stated explicitly. The documentation only talks about using
online help for something like this. That sort of implies (could I be
more tentative?) that that's the way to do it. Of course, I've seen an
application here and there that uses an RTFD in a panel or takes you to
a Web page. (And, again of course, I've seen plenty that offer no
online help.)
I'm still wondering about the window having to be resized for the
scroll bar to show up, and hoping someone has an idea about that.
That's my main motivation for an alternative to the online help system.
If that were fixed, I'd just as soon stick with it.
