AS WRITTEN, it's nonsensical.

I suspect it should be:
sin(4*pi^2*t) 0 <= t <= pi/3

Which means to evaluate the expression "sin(4*pi^2*t)" for all values of "t" between 0 and pi/3, inclusive.
