Custom IB Palettes with Outlets and Actions

Hi,
I am trying to create an IB Palette with some outlets that I can easily plug
into other objects from IB, but I am not being very successful. I thought I
only needed to add IBOutlets to my view class, but I guess more needs to be
done ?!? Does anyone know how I might go about doing something like that?
I found only one (long) thread that brings this up:
