Cd'ing to the dir should also work. I would recommend this because otherwise I believe the full path will show up as the process name, and further, embedded frameworks are loaded relative to the executable path, i.e. "../../Resources/Frameworks/". But I don't know how flexible the system is, maybe it still work...
