Many thanks to all who contacted me privately on the Xcode problem I was having. It looks like it may have been a bug; when I started a new project from scratch and dragged all the files from the old project to the new one, the problems disappeared. This list is a great resource and I hope to be able to make some contributions of my own and give something back to the community.
