Available screen modes?

I'm writing an iTunes plugin, and want to allow the user to select the fullscreen resolution from a Cocoa configuration box. Is there any way to get a list of available resolutions for a given screen?

And while I'm here, does anyone know how I can find out which screen iTunes is running on with a multiple-monitor setup, in either Carbon or Cocoa?
