Multiple menuitems with same submenu?

I have t projects menu with multiple projects in it each project will
be able to access the same sub-tasks but i know you can set the same
sub menu to multiple menuitems so what should i do create the same
tasks sub menu over and over again dynamically changing the name? this
seems like unnecessary work..
