Is there a way to get a list of the actual connections IB is unhappy about?

"Hover" the cursor over the warning icon, and they're listed in the tool tip that pops up.

It works for the Controllers, but not for menus, in particular the Main menu. Sorry for not being more specific earlier. It just says I have a bad/missing connection. I even went through all my menu items and everyone of them is connected.

Is there a way to specify that you do not need this connection so I can get rid of the warning?

You can turn the warnings off in IB's preferences.

Hmm, would rather that it be on a NIB by NIB basis, but that may work for now.

The unfortunate thing with these warnings is that sometimes they can't be "fixed," so you start living with more and more warnings in your NIBs and code because the tools can't let you mark an warning instance as not real. And then warnings begin to take on less meaning.
