default organization info

i've located the cocoa app template and i would like each new app to
have my company as the organization, in the template InfoPlist.strings
file it refers to "ORGANIZATIONNAME" i was wondering is there a section
somewhere in the xcode prefs we can set this or somewhere else? i
haven't found it anywhere?
