SQLite Database

Hi,

It is ok if 2 of my apps, different ones, access the same database file, possibly at same times, but maybe not.
If the user happens to be Setting preferences that are stored in the db, and my daemon is polling info from the db,

will this be alright to do??
Sorry new to having a db imbedded into my applications.

Thanks,
Matt
