To get the OS X SDKs, you need to install the MacOSX10.1.pkg,
MacOSX10.2.pkg, MacOSX10.2.8.pkg, and MacOSX10.3.pkg packages.

/Developer/SDKs is where the OS X SDKs are stored. They're only
present in the Xcode tools, and they are optional to install.
I loaded the Xcode disk, installed DevSDK.pkg, and there is still
nothing is /Developer/SDKs.
If you're talking about reading the standard library code, you can
download it from <http://www.opendarwin.org/>.
Thanks, I found that no trouble. It seems that darwins is borrowed
from FreeBSD.
