This is a periodic notice to remind everyone that there is an
unofficial FAQ for this list at

Please note that neither of these resources are officially sanctioned
by Apple, but are provided as a service to the community by the owners
of the respective web sites. Accordingly, please do not address queries
about their content to Apple, as they are not responsible for the
content or accuracy of these sites.
